My goal was to put together a little document listing each state and or country's average wage. The results were not exactly as I was hoping, there was a little miscommunication from my end. Many people responded in starting wage or gave a wage range.

Get nosy.
If you know someone that owns a cleaning business and they have awesome workers, ask them about their hiring process.
